The ones left behind, the plight of single mothers in Japan is a documentary. Although this is not live arts, it is a great documentary, about Japanese society through the case of single mothers. I really recommend you to watch it, and it will be playing again from December 14 to 20 in Shinjuku K’s cinema. With English subtitles, it can be seen without mastering Japanese.
